MLSS 분석계 SS400G, SS300G는 하수 또는 산업 폐수 처리시설에서 발견되는 활성 슬러지 처리 공정에서 혼합액 부유고형물(MLSS)의 농도를 지속적이고 일관되게 측정하는데 가장 적합한 측정 시스템입니다.

MLSS 변환기 SS400G의 측정범위는 500-20000 mg/l (ppm)입니다.  마이크로 프로세서 기반의 이 제품은 EXA 시리즈의 다른 컨버터와 같은 자체 진단 기능과 알람 접점 출력을 갖추고 있으며 우수한 작동성을 자랑합니다. 

MLSS 센서 SS300G는 투과광과 산란광을 비교하는 측정방법을 사용합니다. 센서는 광학시스템의 배열을 고려하여 설계되었습니다.

이러한 디자인의 특징은 저농도의 측정을 가능하게 하여 센서가 간섭광에 덜 민감하게 만듭니다.  옵션 사양인 제트클리닝 장치는 센서가 오염 물질에 노출된 경우에도 지속적이고 일관된 측정이 가능합니다. 

프리스탠딩과 침적형 모델외에도 셀프클리닝 플로팅 홀더도 사용할 수 있어, 다양한 어플리케이션에 적합한 모델 선택이 가능합니다.

In a batch tank, analyzers such as dissolved oxygen (DO) analyzers, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) meters, and mixed liquor suspended solid (MLSS) analyzers are used. To reduce the maintenance frequency, measures must be taken to prevent dirt accumulation on the sensor. As the liquid level in a tank can vary greatly, great care should be taken when selecting the sensor installation position in a tank.
