CellPathfinder is designed for our HCA systems, CQ1 and the CellVoyager series. From beginners to experts, the analysis software lets you quantify subtle physiological changes and even label-free samples with various graph options.
Note:
Software performance is guaranteed only if CellPathfinder Software is installed on a PC designated by Yokogawa. CellPathfinder Software can be used by customer’s own Workstation. Although it can not be guaranteed that it operates normally, so please fully check the operation with a free trial version etc. Specification of workstation recommended by Yokogawa is below:

Software
Please download [CellPathfinder_Installer_R3.08.02 (1.95 GB)]. To use CellPathfinder, an activation code is required.
Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and select "Properties". Select "Unblock" as shown in the figure below, click "OK", and then unzip the ZIP file.
Please install by referring to the "Software Installation Manual" [IM80K01B02-01E_013.pdf] in the unzipped folder.
For the Deep Learning option, download [CellPathfinder_Installer_R3.08.02_DeepLearning (4.99 GB)] and unzip the ZIP file with the same procedure as described above. Then install by referring to the "Installation Manual" [IM80K01B03-01E_009.pdf] in the unzipped folder.
