High Pressure, High Temperature Conductivity Sensors SC42/SX42

The SC42 and SX42 conductivity sensors are ideal for high pressure, high temperature applications such as boiler blowdown and condensate leak detection applications. Designed to be high temperature conductivity sensors, these 2-electrode sensors have 316 stainless steel construction, a pre-calibrated cell constant, and a built-in temperature element for automatic temperature compensation.

The SC42 measures conductivity at a range of 0.4-2,000 µS/cm; 4.0-5,000 µ/cm, designed to withstand temperatures up to 100°C and pressures up to 7 bar/100 PSIG.

The SX42 measures conductivity at a range of 0.02-2,000 µS/cm; 0.2-20,000 µS/cm, withstanding temperatures up to 200°C (threaded model) and 250°C (flanged model) and pressures up to 16 bar/ 228 PSIG (threaded model) and 40 bar/ 570 PSIG (flanged model).
