With the UTAdvanced series controller, is it OK to connect the L and N poles in reverse when using AC power?

Reverse connections are not recommended.
It will work even if connected in reverse, but a fuse is built into the L-side (terminal 111), and the original protection function (internal fuse) may not work.
To ensure safe use, we recommend connecting the L pole (ungrounded) to the 111 terminal and the N pole (grounded) to the 110 terminal.
