1. How to fix Error 1?! Error 1 is a damaged cell indicator commonly seen from the over-tightening of the cell. Another common cause for a damaged cell: miss-handling and/or condensate slipping into the cal line and cracking the cell.
2. How to fix Error 2?! First, make sure that you do not have a bad thermocouple or malfunctioning cold junction. If those are functioning properly, then carefully inspect the heater strut itself for damage.
