Multiple Analog Outputs
The transmitter itself can not produce multiple analog outputs (4 to 20mA); it transmits a single analog output proportional to the primary variable. But, with the use of a Moore Industries HIM HART loop monitor, the transmitter's secondary and tertiary variables can be converted to independent analog signals. The Moore Industries HIM HART converts the transmitter's HART protocol digital signals to analog.
An example of this is using a HIM HART to provide three analog outputs from a single transmitter to a flow computer.
