PH20, FU20, FU24는 올인원 타입의 pH 와 ORP 센서로서 Yokogawa가 "Simple is best" 이라는 모토를 센서 기술에 어떻게 적용하는 지를 보여줍니다.

일체형 센서인 FU20은 "Simply the best"라는 Yokogawa의 모토를 센서 기술에 적용한 방법을 보여줍니다.  와이드 바디 센서는 (직경 26 mm)  깨지지 않는 PPS40GF (RytonTM) 또는 PVDF 바디에 4개의 개별 구성을 포함하고 있습니다.  산업용 3/4" 테이퍼 나사가 있어서 설치가 간단하며 다량의 글리터 전해액과 더블정션 리퍼런스 시스템은 고갈과 오염 속도를 늦추므로 수명을 연장합니다. 이 시스템은 단순성이 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 pH 또는 Redox 측정이 가능하다는 것을 의미합니다. 즉, 90% 의 알려진 어플리케이션에서 이 센서는 탁월한 선택이 될 것입니다.

FU24는 까다로운 pH응용 분야에 적합한 내화학성 PPS 40GF 본체로 제작된 일체형 pH 및 ORP 센서입니다. 특히 압력이나 온도가 변동하는 어플리케이션 분야에서 특히 유용합니다. 이러한 공정은 공정유체가 빈번한 압력 또는 온도 변동의 영향을 받아 센서 안팎으로 움직이기 때문에 센서 수명이 단축됩니다. 그 결과 표준전해질의 빠른 탈염 및 희석이 발생되어 기준 전압이 변경되므로 표류 pH 측정이 이루어집니다.

Yokogawa의 특허기술인 Bellow 디자인 컨셉을 FU24 전극에 통합시킴으로써 강력한 압력 보상 메카니즘이 생성됩니다. 내장된 Bellow는 외부 압력과 즉각적인 내부 압력을 균일하게 유지하여 센서가 외부 압력 변화에 거의 영향을 받지 않게 합니다. Bellow의 장력으로 인한 약간의 과압으로 유체 유입을 방지하고 센세에서 양이온 흐름을 유지합니다.

PH20은 공정온도와 압력의 변화에 대하여 특허 받은 보상 덕분에 "Tempress" 라고 별명이 붙었습니다. 이 간단한 기계적 특성을 통하여 센서의 정확도를 높이고 수명이 연장됩니다. 보정 패널은 다이아프램 걸리는 큰 차압을 방지하도록 유연해 집니다. 이렇게 하면 리퍼런스 접점과 관련된 대부분의 문제가 방지됩니다. Brewery is facility to produce beer. Breweries process is the manufacturing process of beer, which is a fermented beverage with low alcohol content made from various types of grain. Wheat, maize and other grains can be used for this. Brewing process starts from malted barley that is to form a mash by milling and mixing with hot water. The malt starches are converted to sugars during this process. This sugar rich water is then strained through the bottom of the mash and will be called as "wort". Then the wort will be brought to boil by bringing to the brew kettle. For bitterness or aroma hops are to be added at different times during the boil. Then the wort is cooled and aerated. And brewers yeast is added for fermentation. From the sweet wort the yeast produces carbon dioxide, alcohol and other byproducts. The GREEN BEER undergoes maturation after fermentation. Wastewater from electroplating facilities and certain types of chemical plants contains toxic forms of hexavalent chromium such as chromate and dichromate. Overview:

The FU24 is an all-on-one pH and ORP sensor made with a chemical resistant PPS 40GF body for harsh pH applications. It is particularly useful in applications with fluctuating pressure and/or temperature. These processes shorten sensor life because the process fluids move in and out of the sensor under influence of frequent pressure and/or temperature fluctuations. This results in fast desalting and dilution of the reference electrolyte which in turn changes the reference voltage causing a drifting pH measurement.
