Sometimes data can't be written to the "1.SP" register via CC-Link communication. What causes this?

When writing individual parameters via CC-Link communication, if the data values to write are not different from the existing ones, overwriting of the values does not occur. If you write all parameters by individual communication address and the values are not different, they will be overwritten.
