CellActivision은 Machine Learning Technology과 독자적인 디지털 필터를 사용하여 label free 이미지에서 직접 세포 또는 콜로니를 인식할 수 있도록 합니다. CellActivision은 사용자가 준비한 샘플 라이브러리를 이용하여 쉽게 세포를 분류하고 정량화할 수도 있습니다.
Why use CellActivision?
CellActivision을 사용하면 label-free live cell 이미지의 군체 분석을 수행할 수 있습니다.
- iPSCs, iPSC-derived cells, or primary cells을 염색 없이 분석할 수 있습니다.
- 구성(compound) 분석 및 분석 개발에 유용한 동역학(Kinetic) 프로파일이 간단하게 생성되어 최적의 세포 배양 조건을 선택하고 분석 종료 point를 결정하는 데 도움이 됩니다.

Make Sample library, Process Recognition and Classification
정량화할 셀 형태나 셀 유형의 예가 포함된 샘플 라이브러리가 사용자에 의해 생성됩니다. CellActivision은 정의된 각 클래스에 맞추어 세포에서 특성을 추출하고 Machine Learning Technology를 이용하여 세포 수, colony 크기 또는 요청된 기타 매개 변수에 대한 데이터를 생성합니다.
Charts and Videos
결과 데이터는 자동으로 그래픽 형식으로 표시되며 Excel과 같은 다른 패키지로 쉽게 내보낼 수 있습니다. 분석된 이미지의 비디오(예: classified cells or segmented colonies)는 Windows Media Player와 호환됩니다.

To use CellActivision, the activation code is required.
