Capsule Gasket Material
Yokogawa traditional-mount pressure transmitters use different capsule gasket materials depending on the selection of the wetted materials. Our standard gasket material is a Teflon-coated stainless steel gasket to give an unequaled sealing. For some wetted material selections, a solid Teflon gasket is used. Refer to the General Specification that covers the transmitter being specified. If Teflon cannot be used in the service, we offer a gold-plated stainless steel gasket as an option.
