Upgrade Procedure
Uninstall the old version DAQ32
Uninstall the old version of DAQ32, if you have installed it before. Use the following procedure to uninstall the old version of the software.
  1. In the Windows Control panel, double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
  2. If necessary, back up the following files to a separate directory.
    -"System" and "User" folders that are located in the software's installation directory
    -Setting files (*.ini, *.vdw) that are located in the software's installation directory.
  3. Using the Windows Explorer, delete files that were created after installing the software (various data files and directories) and the software installation directories.
Install the latest version
  1. Double-click the downloaded file to begin the installation.
  2. Next, follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. When asked for a serial number, enter the serial number of your old version.

Confirm the installation
  1. When the software is properly installed, a folder named "DAQ32" is created in the specified directory (the C: drive by default). "DARWIN DAQ32" is registered in the program list, and "Viewer" and "Launcher" are registered as in the sub list.
