Enhance Milk Processing with Precise Temperature Monitoring and Recording

Accurate and reliable temperature data acquisition is critical to the processing of fresh milk.

 

Monitoring and recording of each critical control point (CCP) is required. Strictly monitoring the temperature in the sterilization process is of the utmost importance. The production history and the process control status should also be visible.

Challenges

  • It is a requirement to monitor the temperature for each important point of the production process to ensure the safety of the end product (milk).
  • When an accident associated with food hygiene occurs, the origin of the accident must be immediately located from the recorded data to take appropriate actions.
  • Sterilizing is very important, but optimized heating time is critical to save costs.

 

Solution

Install the GX20 PMO-compliant recorder to monitor and record data, including the temperature and tank level of each process. When an abnormal temperature is detected, an alarm occurs immediately. A paperless GX20 PMO-compliant recorder can calculate an F-number depending on the sterilization temperature with the math function (option) automatically.

  • It is now possible to check the production history and process control status with recorded data for each important point. 
  • Cause investigation of an accident is simplified and enables the operator to take appropriate actions when an accident occurs.
  • An F-number can be calculated and saved as a record of the production data based on the sterilization, realizing cost-savings through optimization of the heating time.
