We recently partnered with FLOCERT, an independent global certifier for Fairtrade with a mission to support sustainable businesses and fairer global trade, for an audit measuring performance in the areas of gender and intersectional equity. As part of the certification process, we surveyed employees, shared policies and practices, and participated in an audit to measure gender and intersectional equity.
